Responsibilities
- Drive senior client relationships, business development, sales pipelines and proposals
- Lead programme delivery across Banking, Insurance and Wealth Management clients
- Drive market, client and competitor insights through immersive and data-driven analysis
- Formulate corporate, business unit, and sales and service strategies
- Lead the design of business models, operating models and business architecture
- Conduct value architecture to identify cost-benefit insights for strategic opportunities
- Lead experience, digital, and AI / Generative AI-led transformation initiatives in collaboration with broader Accenture teams
- Play a leading role in building and growing the Financial Services Strategy & Consulting practice and community
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience with a top-tier strategy or consulting firm (e.g. MBB, Big 4 or equivalent)
- Proven track record in Financial Services, including Banking, Insurance and Wealth Management
- Deep understanding of industry trends, challenges and growth opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to originate, manage and close complex sales opportunities
- Bachelor's degree as a minimum (e.g. Business Science, Commerce, Engineering or similar)
- Strong foundational Strategy & Consulting skills with extensive consulting delivery experience
- Clear understanding of the opportunities presented by Technology, AI and Generative AI
- Strong client relationship management, stakeholder engagement and commercial negotiation skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability with a balance of conceptual and practical thinking
- Passion for taking solutions to market, from concept through to execution
- Curious mindset, positive attitude and strong team orientation
