Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Digital Transformation

  • Advise clients on industrial digital transformation strategies
  • Support initiatives in IT/OT convergence, smart manufacturing and connected operations, industrial data, AI, and cloud adoption
  • Translate operational challenges into scalable technology solutions

Industrial Architecture & Design

  • Design and develop industrial control system architectures (PLC, SCADA, DCS)
  • Produce functional design specifications and detailed technical design documentation
  • Define end-to-end OT architectures integrating shopfloor and enterprise systems

Systems Integration & Delivery

  • Support implementation of industrial automation and digital solutions
  • Integrate control systems, industrial networks, and data and analytics platforms
  • Participate in complex engineering projects, including deployment and commissioning support

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in engineering, electronic or electrical (BSc or BEng from top tier university)
  • Must demonstrate that projects worked on were at a complex level
  • Preference for candidates with heavy industry experience (mining, oil and gas); FMCG will be considered
  • High proficiency in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus
  • Must demonstrate leadership skills and self-motivation to engage with different assignments and fast paced projects
  • Must be willing to travel
